ok, so i no longer have the spell check option on my blog posts . . .do others still have it on theirs? if so, where is it??? help!!
across the top i have
two arrows, font, text, bold, italic, strike through, text color, highlight color, link, image, 4 alignments, 123 bullets, bullets, quote, remove formatting, and jump break . . .that's all. i used to have a button that i could press for spelling . . .

Make sure that you are on "Compose". If you are on the "Edit HTML" then you wont' have that button. Let me know if that works.
A while back blogger changed something, and I had that trouble. However, it has been long enough that I don't remember exactly what it was. I think it had to do with reverting back to an earlier version. Sorry, I'm obviously not much help. Perhaps this will jog the memory of someone who actually HAS a memory!!
caroline--i am in compose and i still don't have it . . .so sad! i keep trying to copy into word to spell check, but then it won't let me paste back in . . .you will all just have to deal with me being a bad speller!
If you write it in Word you will need to be in "Edit HTML" to paste.
I had that problem a while back, it was something with Blogger. It suddenly was fixed. It drove me crazy, but then one day it started working again. Does Blogger has a Help/Questions area?
