Just shoot me now

I know I am the biggest, fattest baby you have ever seen, but I can't handle the mud. I absolutely, positively cannot stand the muddy paws that like to jump on me--front, back, side, I think they know and they do it deliberately.

I love them dearly, and I would never do anything to harm them, but for a moment today I could see how kids could drive their parents to do very bad things. I am going to look up pet washes and see if we can get one installed that would wash them as soon as they come in the back door.

I need help. I admit it . . .It is going to be a long, very very very very long melting season . . .

I'm with ya, sista! I hate to say it, but the muddy paws just remind me of all the reasons I fought getting a dog for so long.

Yes, Lyn. if I could do that I sooooo would. I was seriously in tears tonight with the mud . . .I know totally irrational, and my therapist took it to a whole other level and we discussed the proverbial mud in my life tonight.

Daisy--i hear the squishing in my head and it makes me crazy!

Jen--I don't even remember muddy paws when I was a kid . . . we always had dogs, but i never remember muddy paws . . .how did that happen? i know the backyard at my folks house has rocks and grass and weeds . . .no mud.

grrrr-pray for me . . .it's gonna be a long melting and i may just need to drown myself in the muck and mire . . .
