A place for me to experience life as it's happening-in the moment!! Learning to giving up the fantasy life I have created and have been held prisoner by for too many years. Making more room in my head for the great and wonderful things right in front of me.

Knock knock
Is this thing still on??
I am thinking really hard about coming back home to the mothership!
My dad used to sing a song from the 1920s, I think, "Ain't nobody home but us chickens." I'm thinkin' that what you gots here.... jes' us chickens who haven't defected [ahem] to facebook!
I just re-joined and it feels so good! My computer broke and then my BlackBerry went into the Bay. I felt like I was wandering lost. I know it gets slow around here in the summer, but don't stop posting!
Hope all is well. Thought of you when we drove through Philly. My first time through. I wanted to Facebook you, write on your wall, but my phone still had sea water running out of it.
hi ya beans - you know once I was at a funeral with a closed casket and for some reason one of my uncle's knocked on the casket... and the other uncle slipped around the other side and knocked back... first association that came to me when I read knock, knock (!) I love that picture of that dog... we call my daughter "beans" and my first dog as a child, and my first dog as an adult were both German Shepherd Dogs :-)
Thanks folks . . .I have finally made it back to do an update--check it out!
The blogger world has been slower for some, and others are cranking them out faster than I can read!!
Lyn-yeah, some seriously fun chickens for sure! DP wants to get chickens but that is a whole other post!
Caroline--wait no more friend!
KJ--Your crew is too cute and awfully funny. Glad you are around.
Cheryl--hopefully sometime when you are around we can meet up . . it would be good to meet you for real!
Daisy--we need to plan for another meet up in the fall!!
Cailin--that's kind of creepy that your uncles would do that . . .i hope you weren't a small child because that is therapy worthy! Glad you are hanging in there with me! Power to the shepherds!! amazing dogs!
