I think that is a very good thing to do...taking people to the polls. Thankfully, it will all be over soon.

I hope your told people to vote for Obama, just kidding..sort of, wouldn't want you to get in trouble.

There seems to be so much ignorance about autism, people claiming to know so much. Read www.marlabaltes.com (I think I did that right) and what Dennis O'Leary said about autism and their parents.

The Palin thing frustartes me beyond reason.

Having said that, in this happy little comment, have a good night.

Lyn-I will do what I can --I even told them I could house some volunteers that will be coming from NY, though I did this BEFORE consulting the DP and I think I will probably rescind that offer since I won't even be home until Monday night . . .

Daisy- My dad asked me if I would still drive them if they said they were voting for McC. and I had to laugh . . .could you imagine me showing up and then being like, Uh NO, sorry. Some guy asked at the training if he had to bring people back home after driving them . . .there was silence as people thought he was kidding . . .he wasn't. It was funny. Guess you had to be there.

Cheryl-Oh, I am on this list serv for autism, and the things i hear and see. Sheesh. Funny thing is autism doesn't float my boat. SHH, don't tell anyone, but I would be happy to leave for different ground, but seems I got good at it and am stuck for now. S'ok. I love the families--most of them and it is well worth it to see the folks they work with--who expect the families don't know anything, shape up when they know these folks are armed with education!!!
